All accounts are worked on a contingency fee basis. Essentially, if there is no collection, there is no fee charged. Our typical fee structure for in-house collections will not exceed 25% commission charged. Accounts referred for legal action are charged at 40% of the amount collected. As standard practice, our office, will upfront all costs associated with processing an account for legal action.
For volume customers, rates charged are negotiable based on volume, average size and age of accounts.
There are no upfront fees setting up a business relationship.
